Place md3-VegetaKid.pk3 file into the bfp folder.
Start the mod and go to character screen, choose Vegeta and click next until you see it.

To play it choose Vegeta in characters menu and click next.

This is a real plugin model and doesn´t overwrite the original.
There are too many people out there who cannot do a proper PLUGIN model for BFP. Just read the BFP official pages to  learn how to make one!
